Job Description
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Understanding of operation of Engineering support work
- Knowledge of process and workflow
- Practical implementation of Resource Management System
OVERVIEW OF WORK SCOPE
- Understand and help to track schedule for team maintenance regime in providing maintenance, repair, and annual shutdowns for ACMV related work.
- Process the upstream transactions from quotation to invoicing
- Process the downstream transactions from vendor engagement to payment
- Review and suggest improvement to work processes in the planning and execution of ad hoc projects and preventive maintenance work
- Setting up of database to track work orders and resources allocation
- Using Workday system to carry out financial transaction
- Update of Finance Forecast and other Tracking file
- Improve current process with simple templates, Access or VBA programming
- Using of Power BI to present monthly financial figures
