Job Description


New Leads Generation

  • Source new potential clients for business by calling new customers from Customer database
  • Advises present or prospective customers about company products & services by reaching out on a proactive basis.
  • Maintains Customer database by entering, verifying, and backing up data of potential and near-term customers
  • Work closely with Sales team for actively passing out active sales leads and making a pipeline of business.
  • Maintains a daily call log and present it to the internal team on a regular basis

Product/Services Knowledge

  • Develops a good understanding of company products and services
  • Understands the internal company processes & SOPs.
  • Maintains active communication with all internal teams like Sales, Ops

CRM

  • Ensure the CRM database is updated on a regular basis with New leads, active or incoming requests, and event

Desired Skills and experience

  • Persuasion & Persistence
  • Telephone Sales & Business acumen
  • Customer Focus & ability to beforehand understand customer’s needs
  • Data Entry Skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to work in an Agile and fast paced environment
  • 0-6 months experience in Telesales in the services industry is preferred
