Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Management:

  • Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • General Ledger reconciliation.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Assist in processing invoices and payments.
  • Help manage accounts receivable and collections.

3. Audit Support:

  • Support external audit processes.
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules and documentation.

4. Financial Software:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining financial systems.

5. Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget reports and variance analysis.

6. Ad Hoc Projects:

  • Contribute to special projects as assigned by finance manager.
  • Provide support for financial initiatives and process improvements.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
