As a intern, you will provide administrative support to the Hotels team and the hotel supply network. The individual is required to support the team with the maintenance of hotel relationships, and to coordinate with other departments involved in assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist to load, manage rates and availability on site.
- Assist to resolve all issues relating to accounting, allotment, notification, cancellations, etc.
- Participate in market and competition research.
- Prepare reports as necessary.
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for new and existing hotels.
- Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests (general admin duties such as printing, filing & data entry etc) and operative tasks.
Requirements:
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin (to maintain Chinese version extranet).
- Strong team player and goal oriented person.
- Computer skills required.
- Education in Tourism related field is an advantage.
- Able to work full 6 months on full day hours (9am - 6pm)
- Must be a local citizen or holding valid work pass
