BIM Modeler/Coordinator

The Role Responsibilities

• Understand Architecture /Structure /MEP drawings
• Able to create Architecture /MEP model with high level of accuracy
• Able to generate documentation /shop drawings directly from BIM Model
• Responsible to create and maintain a high quality of BIM model is priority
• Coordinate with Architectural and Structural Design Coordinator, MEP Design Coordinator and Design Manager for the issues found in BIM model.
• Prepare/ study BIM models to communicate, aid visualization and make informed decision based on the design changes
• Ensure to update Architecture and Structure models as background for MEP coordination and CSD submission.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Proficient in the following software but not limited to Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
• Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore Standard.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Positive Working Attitude and Team Player
