CrowdServe is an Entertainment, Events and Tech company. We have 2 divisions. Our primary division is a blockchain ticketing platform that removes ticketing fraud and scams from the events industry; while helping organisers sell more tickets. We work mainly with nightclubs, music festivals, concerts and entertainment-related events. Our secondary division is an events and entertainment company focusing on creating, producing and promoting events.
When you join, you will be exposed to both the entertainment industry and the technology behind blockchain ticketing. You can expect a very young and vibrant working culture. We have very flexible working hours built on trust and discipline, if you worked late, you're welcome to come to the office late. However, there are certain compulsory huddle sessions that everyone is required to attend.

We're looking for someone to support Business Development. We're looking for experienced full-timers or interns.
This person should be/have the following:
1) Basic-to-advanced understanding of Business Development (Partnerships, Sales-cycles). You don't need to be an expert, but you should have basic experience.
2) Willingness to learn and ability to learn fast (need to learn about product fast). We're a startup moving at the speed of light, we cannot have anyone lagging behind.
3) Highly creative. We need people who can think out of the box and take risks with us. We respect everyone's ideas and encourage everyone to share their ideas (from the most junior to the most senior).
4) High performing. We need people who take initiative, are analytical, work hard and smart, deliver with excellence and are result-oriented.
5) A team player. We need people who have each other's back, are fast to accept feedback yet slow to criticise, and are willing to succeed together.
6) Entrepreneurial. You have a heart for entrepreneurship, strong business acumen and are highly resourceful.
Technical skills:
1) Google docs/slides/sheets or Microsoft pp/word/excel (non-negotiable basics)
2) Basic understanding or experience in Blockchain and/or Events management (these are major plus points)
Education:
- Degree in relevant field (Willing to consider a diploma, if you have relevant experience)
- Proficient in English is a must (You may use ChatGPT to copywrite)
