Crocs Singapore Pte Ltd – Demand Planner (6 Months Contract)

• Consolidate and review sales forecasts against financial plans for assigned markets within Asia - 18 month horizon
• Create operating forecasts for procurement – including size management
• Drive monthly demand reviews for assigned markets – review & validate demand requirements, perform risk assessments and monitor performance against demand plans
• Develop good understanding of product sales trends and apply insights to demand plans such that it drives business objectives
• Influence demand changes & execute plans in support of overarching business goals to shape Asia’s demand signal
• Review top/bottom monthly consumption against demand plan/inventory levels and recommend demand changes to the markets to mitigate inventory risks
• Improve forecast accuracy & bias via key forecast metrics
• Support Regional IBP process
• Support regional initiatives to improve performance of demand planning processes in markets
• Collaborate with regional merchants, supply planners, channel planners and sales functions to improve performance & execute plans in alignment to business’s goals
• Track, publish and review Demand Planning KPIs

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in a related-field

• Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in planning, forecasting or analysis from retail/fmcg industry
• Good business knowledge; can connect-the-dots
• Effective communicator, collaborator and team player
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills, strong follow-up, organization and detail oriented
• Flexible and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Proactive, ability to understand process maps and drive process improvements that adds value to the business
