Job Description

Data Entry

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain client records, databases, and spreadsheets.

  • Verify data accuracy and completeness before submission or processing.

  • Organize and manage digital and physical files for easy retrieval and reference.

  • Assist in generating reports, summaries, and basic data analysis when required.

  • Support Loan administrators in following up with clients and updated communication logs.

  • Assist in streamlining data entry processes for improved efficiency.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client data.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain missing or updated information as needed.


Administrative

  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, document processing, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate with vendors and landlords on office maintenance and equipment issues.

  • Assist in planning and executing office relocations, including scheduling, liaising with movers, building management, and setting up workstations.

  • Handle the reinstatement of office premises by ensuring compliance with lease agreements (e.g., restoring office space to its original condition).

  • Prepare inventories, and supervise the packing, labeling, and unpacking processes.

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and office supply inventory.

  • Support HR with onboarding/offboarding processes and general admin tasks.

  • Assists with planning and execution of events such as townhall meetings, employee engagement events etc.

  • Schedule meetings, book rooms, and manage calendars.

  • Ensure office cleanliness by coordinating with cleaning and maintenance vendors.

  • Provide cross-departmental admin support and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

  • ‬‭ Any other ad hoc administrative tasks that required support when necessary.‬
