Job Description

Creative Hamlet is offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to undertake an internship supporting critical functions within both Marketing and Production Administration duties. We are looking for individuals who can commit to a full-time (3-6 months) internship period. 

This can be part of your internship program from your school curriculum, an internship you undertake during your semester break, a stint after graduation, or to transition to a different career pathway, etc. We are open to applicants from different backgrounds. 

This role offers hands-on experience and a thorough insight into marketing, production and administrative functions within a media agency and production house. 


Work Arrangements:

  • 5x days a week, 8 hours a day.

  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Estimated 4x Days of On-Site Work, and 1x Day of Remote work per week.

  • Due to the nature of work involved, employees might be required to partake in shift work or work on the weekends. Off-days / Off-in-lieu days will be given for such occurrences.


Role Responsibilities:
Marketing & Business Development

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential leads through different methods and support pitch decks and proposals.

  • Plan and schedule social media content across platforms for internal and external projects.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

Production & Creative Support

  • Assist in photo/video capture on shoots and behind-the-scenes coverage.

  • Assist as a production assistant when required for specific events and projects.

  • Perform basic editing and repurpose content for different channels.

  • Organise and maintain creative assets for easy access.

Admin & Operations

  • Support meetings, correspondence, and project coordination.

  • Maintain records and assist with scheduling.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks to support daily agency operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Open to all backgrounds: ITE/Nitec students, Polytechnic students, University students, fresh grads, or anyone with relevant skills and passion is welcome to apply.

  • Graduates, or currently pursuing a Nitec, Diploma OR Bachelor's degree in the Arts, Media and/or Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Must be proficient in Social Media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace equivalent.

  • Proficiency in using Canva is a must.

  • Proficiency in using CapCut is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using Adobe software (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.

Remuneration: 

  • For Pre-University Students or Graduates (i.e ITE/Nitec, A Levels, Polytechnic): SGD $750 - 900.

  • For individuals currently pursuing a Bachelor's Programme or Post Bachelor's Degree Graduate (or equivalent): SGD 800 - 1050
