Creative For More – Business Development Intern

Full Time working hours:
9am - 6pm | Mondays - Fridays

• After the internship period, you will get a recommendation letter - and - there is a good chance to convert to a full time role after six months of interning with us (3 months, if we really like your work and drive *wink)

What you will be doing:

• Take meeting notes during client meetings and relay next steps to team members so they are clear on what needs to be done
• Define project scope and breakdown schedule
• Work with team (virtual and in-house) to setup marketing collaterals, distributing on various social and media platforms and evaluate their impact and effectiveness
• Conduct research work for clients and proposals
• Send in regular reports to clients so that they are aware of the project progress, project risks or additional required resources.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Take really good and precise meeting notes during client meetings!
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Work collaboratively and communicate with the project manager to help manage clients expectation of deliverables
• Work with team to produce high-quality designs, artworks and layouts for a variety of digital and print assets.
• Ensure that all client requirements are planned and executed in a manner that will meet the implementation goals.
• Some administrative work may be needed

What we are looking for:

• Enthusiastic, proactive self-starter
• Someone who is looking to convert into a full time position after 6 months to grow the team
• You have customer service experience and/or you understand that communication is vital to managing client relationships
• Someone who is eager to learn the digital marketing eco-system and how a small agency operates
• Through the process you will learn about social media marketing, project management and amplify your digital marketing skills.
• Someone who is an avid user of social media and wants to learn the business side of it
• Has had someexperience using digital, content marketing and team management tools
• Able to start the internship immediately or on a short notice is preferred
• Someone with a good command of written and spoken English
• Based in Singapore (no visas required)

Not required, but awesome if you have:

• Previous work experience at a digital agency or in project management
• Proficiency with tools like Trello and Slack
• Graphic Design experience
• Content writing experience
