- Job Description
- Provide personalized service to walk-in customers and educate customers on products.
- Address and answer customer inquiries through calls, whatsapp on a timely basis.
- Coordinate and ensure that all projects are addressed.
- Ensure all outstanding operational issues are well followed up.
- Provide after sales service and follow-up attention.
- Sales for section and cross-selling whenever possible.
- Report to Managers / Directors on feedback, progress.
