Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Internship) to join our team and support CradleNest’s marketplace and partner acquisition efforts.You will be at the front line of building relationships with baby product companies, service providers, and advertisers, playing a key role in shaping our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and prioritise prospective partners
  • Lead outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and warm calling
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and partnership packages
  • Support onboarding of featured partners and marketplace sellers
  • Maintain CRM records and track BD funnel metrics
  • Contribute to internal strategy discussions and weekly performance reviews
  • Join meetings with potential clients and support negotiations/logistics

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Available for at least 6 months
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in outreach
  • Proactive, organised, and hungry to learn
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, Google Workspace
  • Interest in parenting, family wellness, or early-stage startups a plus
