Job Description
Looking for a hard working, talented and diligent operations team intern. Love fashion industry and detailed oriented. Extrovert.
OPERATIONS INTERN
- Work alongside with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of
fulfilment services - Assist with operations and retail for the store, events, pop-ups, etc
- Assist with photo shoots, product styling, and copywriting
- Assist with online store management and other showroom tasks
- Assist in customer service (phone calls, emails, messages, etc)
- Management, stock count and tracking of inventory and goods
- Fulfilment of B2B and B2C orders
- Enter client data into systems and manage database
- Follow up with clients for information and documentation
- Constantly seeking to improve and streamline operational processes and
collections.
