Job Title: Creative Marketing Intern
Job Type: 3-6 month paid internship
Start Date: Immediately
Reports To: Regional Lead Creative
Role Purpose: We are looking for super-star undergraduates and graduates to join our ambitious and fast growing team. Your main focus will be on marketing and creating visuals (digital and print) of our beautiful co-living spaces, selling our offer and building our strong and vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore and Indonesia.
Goals/Deliverables:
- Increase brand visibility and recall by creating memorable designs and content while adhering to brand guidelines
- Increase retention of tenants through community engagement and activities
Core Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Regional Creative Lead and Graphic Designer to create digital and print assets that will be used across websites, social media, physical touchpoints, tenant communication and other marketing channels.
- Coordinate, set up and style professional photoshoots and VR shoots of new properties according to guidelines. Work with external photographers to schedule shoots in a timely manner once properties are ready.
- Work with marketing executive and tenant experience team to organise awesome monthly engagements for tenants such as workshops, social events, community giveaways, etc.
- Plan, brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns with the wider marketing team.
- Proactively share new creative ideas to reach our target customer.
- Help us to continuously improve marketing and creative initiatives and processes.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Essential
- Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree in design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
Preferred
- Strong visual design skills
- Motion graphics is a plus
- Proficient in written Mandarin (may need to translate English social posts to Mandarin)
