1) Assisting the Trade Marketing Manager on daily operation tasks.
2) Ensure animations set up in accordance to Brand Visual Merchandising guidelines.
3) Ensure timely ordering and delivery of POSM, Visual Merchandising tools and GWPs.
4) Assist in creating POs for Trade Marketing Expenses and facilitate in Vendor invoicing and billings.
5) To keep track of all Vendor invoices.
6) To assist on collating and updating on Weekly and Monthly Retail Sales.
7) Maintain and update a library of Marketing Assets for all launches
8) Distribution of marketing assets to relevant parties in a timely manner.
