Perform core functions within an E-Commerce business:

1. Process & pack sales orders across major local shopping platforms

2. Update inventory management system and perform simple sales data entry

3. Answer customer queries via chat and manage self-collection customers

4. Manage Inventory eg: Stocks QC and Inbounding

5. Design picture and copywrite description for products

Level 1 (Starting Level)

Two Weekdays Of Your Choice (9am to 1pm) + 1 Sat (9am to 1pm)

$8 (Trainee) / Hour or $9 (Fully Trained) / Hour

Level 2

Two Weekdays Of Your Choice (9am to 6pm) + 1 Sat (9am to 1pm)

$9 / Hour

Level 3

Two Weekdays Of Your Choice + 1 Sat (9am to 6pm)

$9 / Hour + Weekend Bonus!

Level 4 (Full Time)

4 Weekdays Of Your Choice + 1 Sat (9am to 6pm)

Requirements

------------

1. Willing to learn attitude and enthusiastic about trying out new concepts

2. Good team player and looks out for others

3. Display responsibility in their given task and not afraid to ask or clarify when in doubt

4. Innovative and willing to share new ideas

5. Basic understanding of common sales platforms In Singapore (Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 etc..)

6. Proficient in use of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word

7. Some basic understanding of Mandarin (Chinese) language will be useful

8. Able to commit long term or minimal 3 to 6 months
