Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain vendor invoice list to reflect the exact status of each invoice and report
- Responsible for collecting and checking invoices
- Code vendor invoice, process invoice approval procedure and prepare payment
- Ensure proper record of the invoice transmittal
- Responsible for invoices exchange with divisions
- Collect vendors information and apply for new vendor code
- Duly prepare payment voucher according to the due date
- Responsible for filing invoices within the finance department
- Other duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Pursuing Diploma or Degree from Singapore Institute of Higher Learning
- Courses from Accounting / Finance / Business
- Detail oriented / organize / interactive / positive behavior
- Excellence in MS Office
- Figure oriented
