Job Description

Your Responsibilities as a Finance Intern, will be:

  • Collect and compile employee reimbursement claims, verified accuracy and compliance with company policies, and ensured timely submission for approval and processing.
  • Prepare and issue accurate monthly invoices to clients in accordance with contractual terms. Maintain detailed records of all invoicing activities and collaborated with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in uploading contracting invoices to multiple client platforms and portals, ensuring timely and accurate submission in line with client requirements.
  • Update receipt records and generated weekly Accounts Receivable (AR) reports for the sales team. Conducted payment status follow-ups with clients to support cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
  • Support the finance and HR teams by inputting and updating employee information in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Calculate employee working hours based on submitted timesheets, issued payslips, and supported payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
  • Assist with various payroll-related duties as assigned, including benefits tracking, leave records, and compliance documentation.
