Job Description
Purchasing Executive (6 Months Contract)
Responsibilities :
- Raise purchase requisitions for starting materials and chemicals for approval and issuing purchase order to suppliers.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
- Tracking ETAs to ensure products are delivered on time and liaise with Logistics department on delivery dates
- Maintain costing data and approved vendors listing
- Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
- Source, negotiate and purchase materials and services from identified sources, local and overseas
Requirements:
- Experience in SAP will be added advantages
- Min 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Min ITE qualification in any field.
