Production Technician (Entry Level)

The company is a world leader in the supply of semiconductor assembly and packaging equipment and surface mount technology solutions.

• Basic: $1850 - $2300 + Bonus up to 2 months
• OT claimable + Gross salary up to $3000+
• Transport pick-up available

Responsibilities:

• Operate high technology machine to perform Wirebond sub-module assembly, set-up, and calibration in meeting in house specification
• Conduct in house qualification on Wirebonding
• Conduct sample bonding, customer device bonding and commencing of customer buy-off
• Perform basic trouble-shooting on machinerary during breakdown 

Requirements:

• Min. Nitec / Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics
• Innovative, self-motivated and results oriented
• Candidate without working experience is welcomed to apply (training will be provided)
