Job Description
HR Assistant (6 Months Contract / Entry Level)
- Location: Joo Koon
- MNC in Manufacturing industry
- Entry-level with training provided
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (i.e. job posting, career fairs, shortlisting, schedule and conduct interviews, new hire's onboarding and exit)
- Perform work pass application, renewals, appeal and termination
- Handle employee records, pFiling and leave administration
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Perform other ad-hoc work as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in related field
- Able to commit 6 months
