HR Assistant (6 Months Contract / Entry Level)

• Location: Joo Koon 
• MNC in Manufacturing industry 
• Entry-level with training provided

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department
• Handle end-to-end recruitment (i.e. job posting, career fairs, shortlisting, schedule and conduct interviews, new hire's onboarding and exit)
• Perform work pass application, renewals, appeal and termination
• Handle employee records, pFiling and leave administration
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Perform other ad-hoc work as assigned

Requirements: 

• Min Diploma in related field
• Able to commit 6 months
