Visual Designer Intern — Cookie Crumble Studio Remote | Internship | Open to Fresh Grads & Students
About the Role
Cookie Crumble Studio is a creative design and marketing agency building scroll-stopping social media content for brands across Instagram and TikTok. We're growing fast and looking for a Visual Designer Intern to join our remote team and help bring brand visuals to life.
This is a hands-on role — you'll be creating real content that goes out to real audiences from day one. Expect direct feedback, rapid iteration, and a strong portfolio of work by the time you wrap.
What You'll Do
- Design social media creatives — carousels, static posts, and story graphics — primarily for Instagram and TikTok
- Edit short-form video content and Reels using CapCut or similar tools
- Build and maintain ready-to-use Canva templates for recurring content formats
- Use Photoshop, Figma, or equivalent tools to produce polished, brand-aligned visuals
- Collaborate with the content team to execute on briefs quickly and to spec
- Iterate on designs based on performance feedback and creative direction
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio or sample work showing design sensibility — professional experience not required
- Comfortable with short-form video editing (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools
- Confident building and structuring Canva templates from scratch
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Fast worker who takes direction well and can turn around revisions without hand-holding
- Self-motivated — this is a remote role and you'll be expected to manage your own output
- Applicants that can start as soon as possible
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content specifically for Instagram Reels or TikTok
- Understanding of what makes social content perform (hooks, pacing, visual trends)
- Familiarity with brand consistency and working within brand guidelines
