Cookie Crumble Marketing Studio – Content Creation Intern

Cookie Crumble Creatives is an end-to-end marketing studio built for one outcome: high-impact, measurable growth. We work with high-value lead businesses, in companies where a single new customer is worth enough to make the ROI on marketing obvious and worth chasing hard.

We run the full growth loop:

• Brand Design & Audit: We start by getting the foundation right, auditing your existing brand and building (or rebuilding) the identity that will carry your growth story.
• Marketing Research & Planning: Before a single ad runs or a single post goes out, we map the market, the competition, and the channels that actually fit your business.
• Content Creation: We produce the actual assets (social content, ad creative, copy, visuals) - built to perform on the channels we've identified, not just look good in isolation. From planning to posting we cover it all.
• Growth Execution: We drive results using a blend of paid and organic channels, tailored to where your highest-value leads actually spend their attention.
• Performance Review & Doubling Down: After every push, we audit what worked and what didn't, then reallocate effort, budget, and content direction toward what's proving itself, so growth compounds instead of resetting each cycle.

What you'll do

• Appear on camera and talk through content — product features, behind-the-scenes, talking-head segments, tutorials, etc.
• Film and help produce video/photo assets on-site (roughly 1–2 days per week)
• Edit raw footage into short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and photo content the rest of the week, remotely
• Work across multiple client brands, adapting tone and style to each
• Collaborate with the team on content ideas, shot lists, and what's likely to perform

What we're looking for

• Must be based in Singapore — this is not a remote role. You'll need to come on-site (primarily west side) for filming days
• Comfortable on camera and speaking on video — not camera-shy
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and basic photo editing
• Understands what makes short-form content work — pacing, hooks, trends
• Flexible schedule — some night/weekend shoots may be needed, but structured around a consistent 3-day work week
• A little sports knowledge background (badminton) is a plus, not required
• Comfortable working with vague briefs and figuring things out fast — we move quickly and value initiative over hand-holding

Logistics

• Schedule: 5 days/week — Some days on-site (west Singapore), remainder remote for editing
• Location: Must live in or be comfortably able to travel to west Singapore for shoot days
