Job Description

The Convalesce Labs is looking to hire a permanent, part-time grants & tender coordinator / research assistant. 

As the grants & tender coordinator / research assistant, you will be responsible for managing, overseeing and assisting the management team in various funding and grant applications in Singapore, ensuring compliance, maintaining proactive and efficient communication between the management team, and all support teams.

  • Data Collection, Interpretation & Reporting

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Have an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/ or education with at least 2 years' experience in a fundraising or philanthropy.
  • Demonstrated experience in securing funding, grants or income from philanthropic trusts, foundation, private/public grantors and other non-equity based sources, including program co-design, grants application development, business planning and income forecasting. 
  • Demonstrated experience in developing external and internal relationships in a purposeful way to achieve beneficial outcomes. 
  • Ability to proactively resolve issues and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong work ethics and time management skills. 
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal support and at pace.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience of excel.

This is a permanent part-time fixed-term contract position until 31/06/2025.
