Contours Express Women’s Gym – Fitness Trainer

We are a women-only gym with 6 centers in Singapore. We provide a cosy and supportive environment for women to get in shape, be fit and healthy. Our fast and effective circuit training program helps busy women to tone & firm, burn calories and improve flexibility all in just 29 minutes. 

1. Provide fitness coaching and dietary advice to members
2. Monitor members’ progress and adjust their program accordingly
3. Handle customer service calls to existing and prospective members
4. Responsible for member recruitment
5. Participate in marketing activities
6. Maintain the cleanliness of the gym
7. Responsible for the day to day operations including admin functions
