Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help our clients to develop and execute content marketing initiatives on major platforms
  • Lead an ongoing ideation process for new story identification through suggestions (e.g. soliciting pitches, generating story ideas) and informed by social / search data
  • Guide the creation of articles, videos, infographics, slideshows, and a variety of other content types
  • Operate a predictable and manageable workflow, meeting the needs and expectations of various stakeholders and creating a process that allows others to feedback into the process
  • Managing an editorial calendar by communicating with internal stakeholders, writers, designers and vendors
  • Produce, curate and/or manage content (copywriting & design)
  • Identify and vet content creators from Bolt’s network
  • Monitor clients’ social media channels, initiate conversations with and respond to community comments referencing established brand and community guidelines within a timely manner 
  • Enforcing tone, style, and editorial best practices with creators
  • Develop Bolt's community strategy including content marketing, PR, events and social media
  • Assist with other projects for copy, graphic, and calendar creation across all channels


Skills

  • Spoken and written proficiency in English and Thai
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, internal / external clients and vendors
  • Digital marketing technology skills and familiarity with industry standard applications
  • Great editorial eye, a gift for project management, and the ability to adapt and respond in a fast-paced content marketing environment
  • Process improvement and organization skills
  • Good communication, analytical and conceptual skills
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
