We are looking for a young talent to assist the Digital Account Management Team in the roll out of digital marketing campaigns for our clients. If you're looking for an opportunity to work in a digital agency, this is it!

Job Scope Includes:
Account Management:
- Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
- Support in the implementation of digital projects to increase customer ROI
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
Understanding of Marketing Channels:
- A keen understanding of the different media channels, as well as the marketing opportunities they offer
Paid Media Campaigns:
- Understand web performance metrics
- Analyze digital campaigns performance to evaluate success and learnings
Project Management:
- Creating of briefs for designers, content writers, strategists and developers
- Overall project management of marketing projects
Social Media:
- Social Media tools research (AgoraPulse, Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
- Scheduling of social media posts
