Connected Freight Pte Ltd – Software Engineer

We are looking for passionate backend, frontend and full-stack Software Engineers to work on our cloud-native software systems. You will implement solutions to real business problems, contribute to our SaaS products, contribute to the architecture and design of our software systems. You will experience a steep learning curve with AWS, cloud software development, modern agile software development process, TDD, BDD and DDD methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Be a member of agile engineering team and develop data-driven, fault-tolerant, scalable web services and systems to empower our operations.
• For backend engineers, implement RESTful and GraphQL web services, data processing pipelines in a highly configurable and flexible way.
• For frontend engineers, implement modules of our SaaS products using React framework and modern UI frameworks
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and implementing best practices to make software development process enjoyable and efficient.

Requirement:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another quantitative field is preferred.
• Passion for learning new technologies, programming languages and frameworks. Desire to deliver high quality work, adopt best practices and continually improve your craft.
• Experience in working with version control systems such as Git and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Trello or GitLab.
• Experience with AWS services and serverless architecture is a plus
