Established since 1980, Conference & Exhibition Management Services Pte Ltd (CEMS) is a regional organiser with a global perspective. A key player in the MICE industry in Singapore. CEMS has vast knowledge and experience in organizing and managing exhibitions and conferences for and with government agencies and trade associations and professional institutions.

Responsibilities:

• To responsible in implementing all marketing communication activities and strategies such advertising, copywriting and promotion collateral for the project team.
• Responsible for design of all printed materials, press releases, speeches and E-news, EDMs.
• To assist in identifying and soliciting for media partners.

Requirements:

Experience in Mass communications or PR/ Advertising.

• At least 1- or 2-years working experiences or fresh graduate
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Good knowledge of social media marketing
• Skilled with the relevant software (Photoshop, Illustrator) necessary for artwork, advertisement
• Adaptable, resourceful, creative, independent, organized and able to work well in a team
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens.
