Responsibilities:
As a Code Mentor, you will
a. Lead and conduct basic coding classes for kids age 7 - 12.
b. Teach kids to program using a simple block programming software.
c. Build and develop new programmes according to your skill-set
d. Review and improve the teaching material to better reach out to kids
e. Handle class management and administration duties
Requirements:
You should:
1. Have a good knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python etc.), and be able to explain programming concepts and programming syntax to beginners.
2. Have strong communication and presentation skills. Candidates must be able to communicate well with young kids.
3. Be a mature, responsible, self-motivated individual with a team-friendly personality
4. Candidates may be required to work on weekends, with flexible hours off on the weekdays
