We are an outsource accounting service firm run by a small group of Singapore based professional with combine experience in audit, tax, accounting, advisory and consultancy role in both listed and non-listed entities. We are mentored by an experienced Singapore Public Accountant and constantly update with the latest accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Job Description

• Handle partial or full set of accounts for a portfolio of SME clients in various accounting software i.e. MYOB/Xero/Auto Count.
• Perform financial data entry and bank reconciliation.
• GST submission.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

· Bachelor of Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalents. Partial ACCA or LCCI are welcome to apply. Fresh graduated is welcome too for some data entry job.

· Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills

· Meticulous, positive working attitude, willingness to learn and take-up challenges

· Strong client service focus and ability to work well with people at all levels and able to work independently as well as a team player.

· Proficient in English, both written and oral communication to liaise with oversea clients.
