Duties:
Inventory Controller is responsible in oversee day to day operations in the warehouse. Ensures all inventories are received, processed and stored in a safe, efficient and timely manner.Ensure proper documentation of the warehouse for records and traceability. Coordinates daily activities of a team of procurement, planning, warehouse assistant on receiving and dispatch of goods to production, quality inspection and its respective location. Ensure efficient storing and distributing of inventory.
Job Responsibility
Develops, implements, and maintains all of the procedures and protocols in regard to proper inventory control for the purpose of maintaining accurate financial information.
Verifying and validating warehouse inventory cycle counts
Perform goods receiving
Keep abreast of latest export control regulations to update relevant parties
Tracking and of incoming and outgoing goods
Understand and comply with all related warehouse operation processes
Preparing and analyzing monthly/ quarterly inventory reports for upper management
Data entry for inventory updates
Need to do stock check at the warehouse
