- Job Description
The role incumbent will support the Digital & Tech department on projects performing system testing, application configurations and also to do Level 1 desktop/laptop troubleshooting
- Assist with the project manager to perform system testings for projects.
- Perform system configuration for new project builds.
- Perform system setup by uploading photos, contents, descriptions for new project builds
- Perform level 1 support to troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues
- Provide technical support on system issues on Microsoft Windows/Microsoft 365 office applications/Sharepoint etc
