ComfortDelGro Corporation Ltd – Project Intern

ComfortDelGro is one of the world’s largest land transport companies with global operations spanning across seven countries – Singapore, Australia, China, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Vietnam, and Malaysia.

Project intern performs project support and administrative tasks according to the instructions of the project managers and ensure smooth communication between all relevant parties. You will be involved in various project phases such as project planning, documentation and coordination, which results in a broad range of tasks. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and project support on implementation of project; 
• Assist project manager in project financial resources management, vendor management, procurement and logistical services; 
• Follow-up, on a regular basis, with project stakeholders, to review status and obtain requirements or feedback. Help maintain project documentation; 
• Provide coordination and logistical support for workshops and other meetings as tasked by the project manager;

Competencies: 

• Understand project management methodologies (i.e.: waterfall, agile methodology) 
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Ability to pay attention to details 
• Good communication skills 
• Ability to solve problems 
• Ability to manage time effectively 
• Work proactively and always thinks ahead
