Job Description

Under the supervision of sustainability manager, the sustainability intern supports Private Mobility Group’s environmental stewardship and will primarily assist in initiatives that will consist of development, implementation, promotion and reporting of sustainability programs.

1. ESG Branding and Communications

• Monitor sustainability trends - both national and global
• Curate engagement programs to increase awareness and participation on sustainability initiatives
• Contribute to our weekly ESG Watch newsletter
• Help in developing communication materials (e.g., reports, slide decks, training materials) to target audiences

2. Sustainability Reporting

• Data collection, monitoring and reporting of ESG performance against targets
• Improve the current framework for tracking and reporting of ESG metrics across business units
• Help to ensure data accuracy, completeness and in esta traceability of ESG metrics for all business units
• Provide analysis support and create standardized reports across business entities

3. Program implementation

• Assisting in community initiatives (CSR)
• Supports business units in their eco-office certifications
• Event planning and execution

Job Requirements: 

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Environmental Design, or other relevant fields of study
• Familiar or interested in sustainable development
• Passion for environmental stewardship and in creating social impact
• Able to collaborate with key stakeholders
• Skills:
