Comfort Transportation Pte Ltd – Payments Intern

ComfortDelGro is one of the world’s largest land transport companies with global operations spanning across seven countries – Singapore, Australia, China, the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, and Malaysia.

The Payment Services department is responsible for managing the B2B and B2C payments ecosystem, and to identify and delivery the best-in-class payments capabilities, drive customer profitability, as well as enable local and regional market optimisation in the private mobility industry.

We are recruiting a Payment Services Intern to grow our payments ecosystem. This role reports and works alongside the Head of Payment Services.

· Possess a good grasp of business processes, being able to identify gaps in service levels and propose effective solutions to close the gaps

· Strong financial acumen, and able to create financial simulations to support business cases

· Keen attention to detail and data, analysing internal and external trends to provide insight into potential growth

· Able to work in cross-functional teams

· Track competitive landscape for the organisation to implement industry best practices

Job Requirements:

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in an established University, preferably in Business Management, Business Administration, or Economics.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and independent mindset
