Cold Storage – Cashier

Role: Part-Time Festive Cashier (Part-Time, 1Month Contract)

*age 19 and above

*(Minimum Legal Age to sell tobacco products is 19 years old.)

Contract Period: 9 Dec to 31 Dec 2019(Must be able to work on 24th, 25th, 26th December)

Shift Timing: 830am - 530pm (AM), 130pm-1030pm (PM)

*exact shift timing depends on the store

*Able to commit Weekends, PH Eve and PHJob Descriptions

• Provide excellent customer service at the checkouts through effective and efficient use of cash register and proper bagging

• Ensure high standard of housekeeping and maintain good personal hygiene to promote company image

• Be accountable for daily cash balances

• Required to work rotating shiftsSalary: S$10/hour

• To check and log on to all POS machines, NETS and Credit Card terminals.

• Ensure overall maintenance of front end supplies (viz. shopping bags, audit rolls, receipt rolls) and replenishment of cigarettes & newspapers at the check-out counter.

• Prepare documentations for voucher forms, refund forms, reports, float verification and home delivery requests.

• To process Choice vouchers transactions in accordance to SOP for voucher tracking record.

• Conduct advertisement price checks.

• Perform cash pickups.

• Count and verify sales and secure in the sales bag

• Print reports from TPISP and attach to Cashier Media Summary report.

• Deposit sales transactions into brinks safe (30 min) and sign on brinks log sheet.

• Perform accurate issuance and proper secure of TCC stamps.

• Perform closing duties that includes EOD settlement ensuring that Credit Cards & NETS transactions are properly completed.
