Accounts Payable Intern
Location: Tuas, Singapore

Coca Cola’s strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia. An export facility, specializing in the manufacturing & supply of concentrates and beverage bases, with a complex portfolio, supporting the ASEAN, South Pacific and South West Asia Business Units.  It is planned that the plant will double its manufacturing and warehousing capacity within the next 3-5 years.

Responsibilities

• Full exposure to finance accounting and management accounting daily practices
• Understanding AP processes as well as controls and compliance;
• Experience with stakeholder management—eg. Buyers, customers, head offices, share services, service companies;
• Hands on experience of finance analysis;
• AP hands-on experience such as: credit term management, customer master data management, managing relationship with share service organization
• Practicing problem solving skills when dealing with new issues/problems arising from day to day businesses (eg. Paperless invoicing process; control and compliance challenges; tracking of KPIs on the sharepoint with multiple stakeholders, perform credit term periodic review and justify for the changes)
