Coca Cola Pacific Refreshments – IT Intern

Coca Cola’s strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia. An export facility, specializing in the manufacturing & supply of concentrates and beverage bases, with a complex portfolio, supporting the ASEAN, South Pacific and South West Asia Business Units. It is planned that the plant will double its manufacturing and warehousing capacity within the next 3-5 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and search for the opportunity that can be optimized or simplified.
• Understand cloud solution technologies advantage and disadvantages to optimize amplification strategy
• Leverage automation solutions to digitize and simplify many manual or paper-based processes
• Apply all required Coca-Cola IT security policy and work procedure in delivery of IT application development
• Research advanced technologies to provide better end user experience in Coca-Cola IT systems
• Develop ‘Work Breakdown Structure’ to meet business requirements on digitization demand
• Support IT team in developing code-less application development and test
• Apply ‘agile’ methodology in verification of deliverables against business requirements
• Participants of IT innovation activities for ‘Industry 4.0’ of system

Requirements

• Good level understanding Windows 10 operation
• Good level of knowledge and any experience to build MS O365 (Forms/Automate/PowerApps/PowerBI)
• Good team play with positive thinking and attitude
