Job Description

Primary Purpose

Support the region’s Retail Training and Development in building internal brand engagement tools and activations for Coach and Kate Spade brands.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

  • Build internal brand engagement for both Coach and Kate Spade employees in SEA by
    • Planning and executing Brand Engagement Days/Activations for corporate teams in the region
    • Launching newly developed onboarding program in partnership with HR
  • Develop brand-specific engagement tools to facilitate learning across field teams such as
    • Adapting global brand content and localizing training collaterals for all SEA stores
    • Creating/curating relevant mix-media content to facilitate store learning
  • Support Training & Development function on pre-training preparation and post-training analysis
