Job Description

Job Overview: As an HR/Office admin Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR and office management functions. Under the guidance of our experienced team, you will gain practical experience and exposure to various aspects of HR, talent acquisition, and office operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission of sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating benefits administration, and managing HRIS.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support office management tasks, such as maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in human resources, talent acquisition, and office management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse talents and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
