Clearstream is a post-trade services provider owned by Deutsche Börse AG. It provides settlement and custody as well as other related services for securities across all asset classes. As part of the Asset Services team, you will get insight into the processes and various tasks of corporate actions, particularly the Equity-Linked Notes. We offer you the chance to acquire valuable experience and to combine the theory of your academic studies along with practical knowledge obtained while working.

Your Tasks/responsibilities

• Gather and understand security information (i.e. from Depository, Issuer Agent)
• Process the redemption proceeds for the various markets according to deadlines
• Supporting in Analysing, updating and validating business processes
• Assistance in Project Management related to Robotics
• Maintenance and updating of Process Maps
• Administrative tasks e.g. filing and archiving

Our requirements

• At least 2 years’ of your tertiary education with focus on Business or Finance
• Competent handling of MS Office applications, especially advanced Excel and Macros
• Pleasure in working in a team
• Pro-active, willing to learn and propose improvements
• Good analytical and numerical skills
