Job Description
• Support digital content and marketing operations by using AI tools such as ChatGPT to develop educational materials, learning quizzes, customer surveys, and standard FAQs that strengthen internal training and customer communication.
• Assist in managing and updating the company’s social media channels, website, and e-commerce platforms to maintain consistent and informative online engagement.
• Contribute to the implementation of online marketing activities aimed at increasing interest and fostering awareness across digital platforms.
• Conduct research on current and emerging industry trends to help refine and improve ongoing marketing strategies.
Ideal Candidate
• Holds a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
.• Recent graduates with strong academic performance and a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in fast-growing SMEs is beneficial.
• Demonstrates good planning and organisational skills, strong numeracy, analytical thinking, and effective interpersonal communication.
• Possesses strong written and spoken English and Chinese skills to liaise with counterparts in China when needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks responsibly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and general IT systems
.• Knowledge of Python, AI tools, or no-code platforms is an added advantage.
Pay package within the stated range will be commensurate with relevant experience and educational qualifications.
