At ClearSK, you will use ChatGPT and Claude on real work – not practice tasks. You will join our Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations or Administration team to clean data, build reports and find ways to work faster with AI. No coding needed. We teach you the tools on the job.

What You'll Do

You will be attached to one or more departments based on business needs and your interests:

Finance

• Assist with financial data processing, reporting and analysis.
• Use AI to support expense tracking, reconciliation and audit checks.

Sales & Marketing

• Analyse sales performance, customer data and marketing campaigns.
• Use AI to generate reports, track KPIs and spot business insights.

Operations

• Improve workflows and automate repetitive processes using AI.
• Support operational reporting, data management and performance tracking.

Administration

• Use AI to organise records, prepare reports and manage information.
• Streamline administrative tasks and documentation.

Tools You'll Use

• ChatGPT and Claude for reporting, analysis and writing.
• Excel and Google Sheets for data work.
• AI automation tools for repetitive, everyday tasks.

Who Should Apply

• Polytechnic or university students in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, IT, Marketing or a related field.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and structured information.
• Interested in ChatGPT, Claude and AI-powered business tools.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and willing to learn.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
