ClavystBio operates a 13,000 square feet collaborative innovation space (CVB Node 1) in Cintech IV, Singapore Science Park, comprising over 6,000 square feet of Biosafety Level 2 (BSL2) Lab Pods and Office suites. The facility caters to early-stage companies looking for plug-and-play spaces that offer the right mix of privacy and community. In addition to the private lab pods, there will be a common laboratory area with shared equipment, as well as shared meeting, event and networking spaces that will be programmed for collaboration.

Job Description

Oversee daily operations, including maintaining offices, laboratory and community spaces, meeting rooms and office equipment in optimal condition

• Support community events with regards to internal logistics (eg. Setting up of venue)

• Conduct daily site walk and update checklist for follow ups

• Reception services, including greeting and directing visitors; handling incoming and outgoing mails and parcels; and tracking and administering lease payables

• Deconflict online booking of shared facilities (e.g. meeting rooms, phone booths and event space), when necessary

• Implement and execute office and laboratory Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and programs

• Maintain inventory of common office, pantry, and laboratory supplies (eg. stationery, snacks and beverages, water filters)

• Attend to any queries or feedback on defects and breakdowns, and ensure rectification and repair works are carried out in a timely manner

• Contract and liaise with vendors and contractors on breakdowns and preventive maintenance of the office and laboratory equipment.

• Contract and manage vendors and contractors for facilities maintenance and cleaning

• Source quotations and negotiate fees with vendors to ensure that goods are purchased within budget, where possible

• Serve as Internal auditor during annual EHS audits

• Support tenant move in and out

• Any other duties, as assigned from time to time
