Job Description

The Social Media & Community Development intern will assist the healthcare team with the following tasks:

- Creating, scheduling and broadcasting content for social media accounts and instant messaging platforms (Facebook Messenger, LINE, WeChat, Viber communities)
- Management of our online communities; responding to enquiries or forwarding to the relevant parties
- Working with the Marketing Manager to create a monthly content calendar
- Generating a monthly report on social media and instant messaging platforms to evaluate the effectiveness
- Creating simple web banners and visuals for social media use

Requirements:

- Immediate starter preferred; for 6 months
- Experience preferred but not required
- Believes in being efficient, and having good initiative
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Tech savvy (we use Buffer for social media scheduling) and familiar with instant messaging platforms
- Proficient in Canva, and/or other design software (e.g. Photoshop)
- Priority will be given if you are bilingual (Fluent in English & Chinese/Vietnamese/Thai/Bahasa Indonesian)
