- Job Description
- Assisting with scheduling and preparing disbursements
- Preparation of payment vouchers
- Assist with bookkeep filing
- Some translation work required for internal documents from Chinese to English
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Undergraduate in Accounting / Finance
- Proficient in using English and Mandarin, native speaker of Mandarin advantageous
- Meticulous, high attention to detail
- Proactive with a positive attitude
