- Assisting with scheduling and preparing disbursements and obtaining relevant authorizations for payment
- Preparation of payment vouchers
- Assist with accounts payable aging list
- Some translation work required for internal documents from Chinese to English
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Undergraduate in Accounting /Finance
- Proficient in Chinese and English writing skills
- Proactive with a positive attitude
- Meticulous, high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
