Job Description
Work with Consumer Banking Decision Management team to identify opportunities and uncover insights from a diverse set of customer data of large volume and high velocity.
- BAU recurring jobs – assisting Decision Management team with data processing as required, and support data questions and requests from business units.
- Data analytical works – data mining into consumer database for actionable insights leading to business outcomes, building machine learning models to boost up x-sell rates, creating dashboards for business decision making
- Optimizing and re-engineer BAU – help and support optimizing the current BAU processes and reduce overall time spent on BAUs with guidance from the existing team domain experts.
