Job Description

• Arrangement of interviews requested by Business Units
• In charge of physical filing and e-filing for Human Resource Department
• Perform basic data analysis and provide insights
• Prepare reports using the analysed data
• Conduct reference checks and follow up within the stipulated timeline; liaise with the candidates to rectify any discrepancies in employment period
• Prepare and obtain sign-off for HR related correspondences
• Prepare reports (i.e D&B, Monthly Grab List) for new joiners and resignees
• Other ad-hocs duties

Job Requirement

• Able to commit at least 3 months
• Highly motivated, analytical mindset, detailed-oriented individual
• Competent in using MS Powerpoint & Excel
• Effective communication skills, keen learner with and confident disposition
